Digital Downloads

You will receive an automatic email with a secure download link within minutes of completing your purchase. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within 10 minutes. The link is valid for 30 days.
Yes — email hello@fnsnation.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We will resend your download link within 24 hours.
Because digital products can be downloaded and used immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have a problem with your download, email us and we will resolve it.

Booking & Events

Fill out our booking inquiry form at fnsnation.com/book or email hello@fnsnation.com. We respond to all booking inquiries within 48 hours. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date.
Yes — Frank and Sadé are available for events nationally. Travel and accommodation costs vary per event.. Contact us for booking details.

Patreon Communities

The Brotherhood (patreon.com/frankmcfly) is led by Frank McFly — it's a weekly accountability community specifically for men. The Restoration Circle (patreon.com/sadeemoni) is led by Sadé Emoni — it's a weekly healing and identity community specifically for women. Both communities operate on Patreon with their own separate membership tiers and content.
Yes — Patreon memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your Patreon account settings. No fees, no penalties. We hope you'll stay — but the door is always open if you need to step away.
Yes. All Bible study posts, live sessions, discipline challenges, and early music access are exclusive to paying members. Some content is unlocked for all tiers, while deeper content (live sessions, early music, WhatsApp access) requires the Brotherhood Circle or Sister tier.

FNS Nation is a husband-and-wife ministry and media movement led by Frank McFly and Sadé Emoni, based in New Jersey. Frank leads the men's lane — CHH music, speaking, and the Brotherhood. Sadé leads the women's lane — gospel music, worship, speaking, and the Restoration Circle.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Pre-orders require a longer processing time to ensure you receive the latest and exclusive items.

Shipping Time: Pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 6-8 weeks. After shipping, the standard delivery time of 5-8 business days applies.

Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-order item is shipped.

Standard Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 5-8 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Returns and Exchanges

Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Out of Stock Items: In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for a replacement or a refund.
